| Text Accumulator mainly accumulates text with a single or series of Clipboard copies. Monitor Changes in PC Clipboard Add Changes to PC Clipboard See Size of Length of Computer Clipboard See Number of Lines in the PC Clipboard Add Clipboard after Every Copy Create a Single Text File from Several Copies in a Browser If you want to clipboard monitor to start at If you have any text in the clipboard when you start Text Accumulator, you will see the text in the center of the application. If the clipboard has more than 50,000 characters of text, only the first 50,000 are displayed, but the rest is still added to the text string. The reason I use this, is to create a single text file from multiple sources. For example: Top Tech Stories. ( http://techjim.com I also use it as a programming tool. Each time the Text Accumulator will accumulate as much text as you need for a given project. In the title bar you can see the length of the text it is holding and the number of lines. Text Accumulator also has an auto capture feature that is on by default. That is to say it will monitor the Windows Clipboard for any changes. As changes are made, the new text will be added to it's memory, and the Clipboard will be cleared. You may add a character at a time or paragraphs at a time. If you attempt to copy the exact same text twice, Text Accumulator will ignore the Clipboard for that change! By default, you start Text Accumulator, you will notice it works without intervention. You copy your text as you wish to the Clipboard, and when you are done, there are a couple different things you can do to the text. You can copy it's memory to the Clipboard, you can save a text file called c:\a.txt, you can print the text, but this will only print the text that you actually see. You can turn the Auto Capture off. With the Auto Capture off you can hit one of three buttons around the text box to copy the Clipboard to the Text Accumulator. The buttons are: Add Clipboard to Text and Clear Clipboard. Top, left and bottom. Clear Text and Clipboard at the top. Copy Enter Text Box to Clipboard on the right, this actually will copy everything that is in the Text Accumulator memory. Save c:\a.txt at the bottom left, Print (only text that is on the screen) bottom middle, and Turn off Auto (or turn it back on) bottom right. Command Line options are: autosave if this is on the command line when you open it, every time you change the memory in Text Accumulator, it will automatically save the file to c:\a.txt. newline will cause Text Accumulator to add 2 new lines (same as hitting Enter twice) between each change. I find this useful for most of my applications. You can put /startwith in the command line to start Text Accumulator with any text you want. The /startwith must be the last thing in the command line.
